Conpex supplies goods to the agent at a mutually agreed and confirmed price. During the contract period, Conpex has the right to adjust the product prices in the price list from time to time, but should promptly notify the agent in writing;

Agents must refer to the prices set by Conpex for sales, and shall not lower or raise prices without authorization. Sales shall not be arbitrarily adjusted to disrupt market price order;

Within the area represented by the 3 agents, the retail price of the products shall not exceed 10% of the suggested retail price;

The agent can only carry out various legal sales activities of the agent products within the area specified in the agency agreement. It is strictly prohibited to engage in various forms of sales activities in other areas without written approval from Conpex;

It is strictly prohibited for all agents to engage in any means of reselling, tampering with sales, and any behavior that disrupts market sales;

If both parties involved in counterfeit goods and those affected by counterfeit goods negotiate and resolve the issue of counterfeit goods without raising objections, Conpex may not pursue the matter;

If the agent engages in malicious fraudulent behavior, Conpex has the right to cancel the agent's agency qualification based on the severity of the situation.
