Ever wondered what goes into a high-performance LED headlight? It’s more than just a bulb and a box. At CONPEX, every headlight undergoes a rigorous 13-step journey—from the initial soldering of the "heart" to the final protective wrap.

Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes of our newly upgraded facility to show you exactly how we build reliability into every beam.

Step 1: Soldering the "Heart" – We begin with the PCB board. Precision soldering ensures stable power delivery and long-term performance.

Step 2 & 3: Housing & Integration – The "heart" is secured inside a rugged shell. Our technicians then meticulously connect the internal wiring to ensure seamless component communication.

Step 4: Thermal Management – We apply specialized cooling paste. This "thermal gel" is critical for heat dissipation, significantly extending the lifespan of the LEDs.

Step 5 & 6: Body Completion – The skeleton is built, and the main body is finalized, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.

Step 7: Pre-Test Inspection – Before the "tough tests," we verify every fan, LED chip, and power connection.

Step 8: The Aging Test (Crucial) – Every headlight is powered on and run for 40–90 minutes. This heat-stress test identifies any potential issues before the product ever leaves our floor.

Step 9: Final QC Verification – A second post-heat check ensures the light still performs at 100% efficiency.

Step 10: Laser Identity – Only products that pass every test receive the CONPEX laser-engraved logo—our seal of quality.

Step 11 & 12: Cleaning & Protective Wrapping – Each unit is cleaned twice and carefully boxed with a protective plastic wrap to ensure it arrives at your door in pristine condition.

Step 13: Global Dispatch – Ready to travel! Our logistics team labels and packs them for their journey to partners worldwide.
